Trade Estates Real Estate Investment Company (REIC) is licensed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in accordance with the provisions of Laws 2778/1999 and 4209/2013, pursuant to Decision No.15/838/28.02.2019 of its Board of Directors.

Trade Estates REIC commenced its operations in the real estate investment sector with a managed property portfolio valued at approximately €602 million, confirming its position as one of the largest real estate investment companies in Greece.

The Company's strategy is focused on expanding and enriching its managed portfolio through specialized investments in the development and management of Retail Parks and next-generation Logistics Centers.

The Company's portfolio is continuously growing and includes properties located in various regions of Greece as well as abroad.

Adapting to the new realities of the global economy, Trade Estates REIC implements energy-saving initiatives and upgrades across its entire property portfolio, guided by the principles of sustainable development, circular economy standards, and the ESG framework (Environmental,
Social and Governance principles).
