Terms & Conditions of Participation in the Smart Park Back2School Giveaway (12 & 13 September)

  1. Participation in the giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 years and over.
  2. Participation is completed by filling in the relevant online form available on the giveaway page, providing the participant's full name, email address, and telephone number, as well as granting the required consent for the processing of personal data.
  3. Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry in the giveaway. In the event of multiple entries, the organizer reserves the right to invalidate any additional entries.
  4. The draw will take place after the completion of the event at the offices of PLAN YOUR EVENT, and the winners will be selected at random.
  5. The prizes include gift vouchers, gifts offered by participating Smart Park tenants, and three (3) PlayStation 5 (PS5) consoles.
  6. The winners will be notified by telephone using the phone number provided during registration.
  • Prizes must be collected from the Smart Park Info Desk. To receive a prize, winners must present a valid identity card or other official form of identification in order to verify their identity.
  • If it is not possible to contact a winner within a reasonable period of time, or if a winner fails to collect their prize within the deadline communicated to them, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.
  • Participants' personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes of conducting the giveaway, communicating with the winners, and delivering the prizes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation.
  • The winners of the three (3) grand prizes may, subject to providing separate consent, be photographed when collecting their prize, and the related photographic material may be published on the Smart Park website and communication channels for promotional purposes related to the campaign.
  • The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where there is a valid reason to do so, with notice provided through the Smart Park website.
